Kinkaider Brewing Company is a community farm craft brewery in Broken Bow, Nebraska. Kinkaider: a settler on free land in Nebraska under terms of the Kinkaid Act in 1904 which allowed each bona fide settler 640 acres upon payment of a filing fee of 14 dollars. Loup River Distilling is located in St. Paul and operated by Eric and Maria Montermagni who also grow row crops in Howard and Greeley counties. Eric is a third-generation farmer and the distillery is an opportunity to produce quality grain-based spirits from the farm. Eric holds an agronomy degree from Cal Poly.
